Leadership Team

Remington Reynolds

Managing Partner, CMG

Mr. Reynolds is Chairman and Managing Partner of the Cost Management Group. He is responsible for the overall vision and strategic leadership of the Company. Mr. Reynolds has over 15 years of experience in IT and telecommunications and currently focuses on cloud computing. Remington coordinates all marketing, business development, supplier benchmarking and hosts and organizes the Cloud Summit Series. Mr. Reynolds attended the University of Pennsylvania where he received a Bachelor of Arts Degree. He also holds an Executive MBA with a concentration in accounting and finance. He is married with 4 children and currently resides in Atlanta, GA.

Steve Gareleck

Managing Director, Telecom

Mr. Gareleck is Co-Founder and a Managing Director of the Cost Management Group. He has over 13 years of experience in the IT and Telecommunications space serving various roles including COO, President, CEO and Chairman of CMG. During this time, Mr. Gareleck participated in various mergers and acquisitions, as well as raising capital, and establishing various credit facilities with several major banks. Prior to CMG, Mr. Gareleck worked in corporate finance in New York. Steve holds a B.A. in Economics and a Degree in Management Studies from the University of Rochester, as well as a Master in Finance and a Master in Business Administration from the William E. Simon Graduate School of Management at the University of Rochester.

Peter Lauer

Managing Director, Spend Management

Mr. Lauer is Co-Founder and a Managing Partner of the Cost Management Group. Prior to CMG Peter spent 15 years working for the Corporate Executive Board (CEB) and its predecessor company the Advisory Board Company. CEB is the leading global best practices research firm, based in Arlington, VA, which went public in 1999 (EXBD: NASDAQ) His areas of expertise are in sales, marketing, product and business development. Prior to CEB, Peter spent five years with Corning Incorporated and four years with General Electric Peter is a graduate of GE's Technical Marketing Program (TMP). Peter holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Lehigh where he was inducted into the Tau Beta Pi Engineering Society and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Kaete McBride

CFO

Kaete is a CPA and graduated from Midland University in Nebraska with a Bachelor's degree in business administration with a concentration in accounting.  Kaete worked as an audit manager with KPMG prior to working at CMG.  She worked in the KPMG Atlanta and Omaha offices for 7 years and PricewaterhouseCoopers in Omaha for 3 years.  She worked with various clients in the consumer market, manufacturing, telecom and utility industries within the Fortune 500 and middle market businesses.  Kaete manages the accounting functions and financial reporting for all business units in the company.

Daveenia Beller

Managing Director, Staffing

Daveenia is a results-driven staffing professional with proven expertise in the disciplines of recruiting, marketing and business development. She has proven record of success building and directing highly talented teams. Significant full life-cycle recruiting experience in both, high-volume and deep-dive recruiting initiatives. Daveenia has acquired In-depth experience with Bullhorn, Taleo, Recruitmax and other various VMO solutions. She has earned a solid industry reputation, with exceptional executive relationship management skills, resulting in long-term partnerships.

Marshall Hughes

Director, Telecom Expense Management

Marshall is the Director of Operations at CMG. He and his team are responsible for all operational to clients, agents and internal sales. Processes include the procurement, project management, and post-sale support of carrier services. Marshall also manages the operations of CMG’s Enterprise Services division which offers managed services, invoice review and payment and project services to enterprise customers. Since launch, he has been actively involved in the design and system enhancements to both CMG’s agent and customer extranets as well as ongoing customization and integration with client systems. Marshall has been a member of CMG since 1998 and serves on its Board of Directors.

Steve Stolle

Director of Contact Center Solutions

With over 20 years of experience in selecting and implementing the major enterprise level CRM, Call Center, Supply Chain, ecommerce and self service solutions, Steve has developed a "Quick Deployment" methodology geared to the achievement of tangible business goals using "best practice" templates reducing traditional implementation times by 30% and minimizing project failures. This has been used in 100+ implementations in the past 5 years, with 70+ being deployed in the North American, EMEA and APAC Financial Services, Manufacturing, Transportation, Technology, and Telecommunications industries. The methodology has been used in both Software as a Service (SaaS) and Premise based Architectures.

Prior to Steve's professional services experience, he was CIO for a large Computer Manufacturing and Services Company giving him the insight and understanding leveraging the use of technology to achieve tangible business results. He has an Engineering degree from Purdue University and a Master's degree in Business from the University of Illinois.

Tom Porter

Director of Infrastructure Services

Tom Porter has over 25 years as a multitalented executive with broad experience spanning technology, product development, operations and P&L responsibilities. He is an expert at helping Business and Technology work together. Tom spent 8 years as CIO of Rollins, Inc., a publicly traded company, where he lead to develop and implement critical technology solutions for Rollins. Prior Rollins he held key positions World Crest Group, The Maxim Group, Norell and National Data Corporation.

He has a BA in Psychology from Presbyterian College with an MBA in Information Systems from Kennesaw State University – Michael J. Coles College of Business.

Tom Guthrie

Director of Contact Center Solutions

Tom Guthrie has been a technology leader for over 25 years. He graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point and holds a Master's degree from the University of Virginia. In his career, Tom held executive positions in Crisis Management (at the Pentagon), Technology Operations, Business Operations and Enterprise Architecture. He has experience leading organizations through significant changes in mission, structure, strategy and technology. His most recent positions as Vice President of Operations and then Vice President of Enterprise Architecture at Cox Communications required the creation of a technology and operating vision to elevate the company to the next level of productivity and operational excellence. Tom created and operated large technology facilities, implemented technology transformations, and managed Six Sigma level operating performance. He lives in Atlanta, Georgia and runs his own management consulting firm, The Vizwerx Group, which focuses on assisting companies with vision, alignment, communications and operating effectiveness.

Kevin Hayes

Director of Contact Center Solutions

Mr. Kevin Hayes has over 25 years' experience in IT management, strategy development, technology-business alignment and business transformation processes. Included in that experience is economic justification of IT initiatives and the linkage of operational metrics. Kevin has performed these services for many leading companies like Neilsen, Cigna, Axium Healthcare Pharmacy, NEC and Time Warner. For these companies the call center structure has been revised in conjunction with new applications to increase efficiency. Mr. Hayes experience includes electronic commerce, call center, supply chain and telecomm architectures and operations.

Hayes received a B.S. in Technology and Information Management as well as a B.S. in Economics from Washington University in St. Louis. He is the past chair of the Electronic Commerce Forum and co-chaired the privacy working group for the Georgia Electronic Commerce Association.

Chad Fisher

Director of Partner Programs

Chad joined CMG in April of 2000 holds responsibility for coordinating all projects in our Channel Sales Department including sales, recruiting, marketing, training, and software development. Chad graduated from University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Business Administration in 1999, and subsequently joined CMG in a direct sales position. Since then he has served as a project manager and sales support for one of CMG’s largest clients, Medquest. For the last 2 years Chad has been engaged in our agent channel program, focusing on the continued development and progression of that department.

Robert Celona

Director, PBX

Robert joined CMG in 1999 and is responsible for the PBX division of the company. He graduated from University of Richmond in 1991 and received an MBA in General Management from Richmond University in London in 1998. Prior to joining CMG, Robert worked with TIE Communications in London – a PBX manufacturer – for over six years in sales, project management and operations management.

Jose Rosario

Director, Near Shore Development

Jose Rosario has been a member of the CMG team since 2006. He and his team are responsible for all operational support to clients, Partners and internal sales in both the Master Agency and Carrier Services divisions. Jose is also the General Manager of CMG’s Operations Center. This office supports all of CMG’s back-office functions across several divisions. In his role, he oversees a variety of processes including pre-sale support, procurement, project management, post-sale support, carrier services billing and partner commissions. Jose graduated from Western Carolina University with a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Computer Information Systems and a Bachelor of Science in International Business.

Sean Rosales

Director of Marketing

Sean Rosales has been a member of the CMG team since 2008. He and his team are responsible for delivering all marketing related activities such as; customer and industry research, event management, online marketing campaigns, develop and execute marketing strategies and report all marketing activities. Sean studied at La Salle University with a Bachelor in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing.
