Outsourcing your payroll allows Cost Management Group the ability to become your co-partner in the administration of your employees. This unique relationship, gives CMG the ability to record your employees as ours for administrative purposes. This allows you to realize "economies of scale" savings, such as a smaller accounts payable departments, and reduced payroll administration costs. This co-partnership allows you to retain day to day control of your employees, focusing on production, marketing, sales, product development, etc. CMG assumes the responsibility for labor law compliance, payroll and employee taxes, including quarterly state and federal reports, regardless of the state your employees are performing services.

Cost Management Group will provide a secure user identification and password that allows you access to customized payroll reports and employee information, from any computer with an internet connection at any time. CMG couldn’t make processing your payroll easier.

Staffing

Contract: Offers you immediate resources with a flexible commitment. With this option you can add or remove resources as your business demands change. Cost Management Group provides the skilled talent you need, for as long as you need them.

Contract-to-Hire: This option is to accommodate our clients changing business needs. Whether our clients would like to assess technical capability, or how a resource fits within an organization before a full time offer is extended, we will provide resources for our clients.

Direct Hire: Time is money. In many instances our clients do not have the internal staff, or time to identify full-time resources that will fit within their organization. Cost Management Group has an experienced team that will identify professionals to fill your employment needs. We will take the time to understand your corporate culture so that we select candidates that are not only qualified, but are appropriately matched according to their career objectives and your business environment.
